Iranian Paralympics Gold Medalists Javanmardi, Olad Visit Shah Cheragh Mausoleum
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Sareh Javanmardi and Mehdi Olad, two Iranian athletes who won gold medals at the 2020 Paralympic Games last month, visited the Shah Cheragh mausoleum in the southern city of Shiraz.
Javanmardi snatched a gold at the P2 – Women’s 10m Air Pistol SH1 and Olad was the top winner in the men’s F11 Shot Put at the Tokyo Paralympics.
Shah Cheragh is a funerary monument and mosque in Shiraz, housing the tomb of Ahmad and Muhammad, the sons of Imam Musa Kadhim (AS), the seventh Shia Imam.
